At TLtee, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Returns & Refund Policy outlines the steps you can take to return or exchange your items.

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or damaged due to misuse.
  • Packaging: Products should be returned in their original packaging or in a secure and protective package to prevent damage during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before sending your item back, please contact our customer service team at support@TLtee.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is defective.

  2. Ship Your Return: Once you receive your RMA number, package the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is being returned due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). TLtee is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@TLtee.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
  • Size Exchanges: If you need a different size, follow the return process and place a new order for the correct size. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check Your Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact Your Bank: There may be a processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company.
